If you need to dispatch your parcel today, it may be possible to you can switch to a drop-off service instead. To switch service, get in touch with us via the Live Chat link below. One of our operators may be able cancel your collection for you and book a drop-off delivery for you instead, depending on the time and the service you booked. Time Definite – Time-Critical Pickup and Delivery For international door-to-door delivery by a specific time, or by the end of the next possible business day, choose DHL’s Time Definite express services. Global reach and local teams ensure fast delivery with end-to-end tracking and customs clearance. DHL EXPRESS 9:00. The new one hour delivery window, due to launch in March 2014, will ensure recipients receive a one hour expected delivery time slot on the morning of their delivery. The one hour delivery window is generated when the recipient’s parcel is loaded onto the delivery van and the driver’s delivery route is confirmed.

You will receive an email from UK Mail on the morning of your delivery day (Mon-Fri) stating your 1 hour delivery window.

To track your parcel or view your one hour time slot:

1. Log into your account on drinkstuff
2. Click on “View my orders”
3. Click on your recent order
4. If your order has been dispatched by UK Mail, you will see a “Track my order” link and your tracking number. Track your order on UK Mail's website to find out your 1 hour time slot.

If your UK Mail parcel does not arrive as expected, you can call or email our Customer Support Team at the details below, and we'll handle any issues with delivery on your behalf.

You must place your order before 17:00hrs, one working day before you expect your delivery to ensure your order is dispatched the same working day.

For example:

Order placed at before 17:00, Tuesday – Delivered Wednesday
Order placed at after 17:00, Tuesday – Delivered Thursday

Whereas,

Order placed at 14:30, Saturday – Delivered Tuesday

The time your parcel will be collected will depend on which service you've booked and with which carrier, but most of the collected courier services we offer are collected Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.

You can book a courier collection from your home or work address, however, if these times aren’t convenient, many of our most popular courier services offer a drop offoption, so you can drop off your parcel at your local Post Office or courier drop off shop at a time that suits you.

DPD collection times

We currently don’t offer a DPD parcel collection service for UK deliveries, but if you’ve booked a DPD international service, such as DPD Air Expressor DPD Air Classic, you can book a DPD parcel collection from your home or work address Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays).

For DPD UK deliveries, book DPD Pickup. This is the cheapest UK delivery service we offer and requires you to drop off your parcel at your local DPD Pickup shop. DPD Pickup Classic can be booked as a drop off service for international deliveries.

Parcelforce collection times

Parcelforce can collect from your home or work address, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). If you have booked a Saturday or Sunday delivery, Parcelforce will collect on the Friday prior to this. If these times aren’t convenient, book a drop off service and drop off your parcel at your local Post Office.

The majority of Parcelforce services, including Parcelforce 24 and Parcelforce 48 are available for collection or drop off. Find your nearest Post Office or Parcelforce depot.

DHL collection times

When you book a DHL collected service, a DHL courier will collect from your home or work address Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). If you have booked a Saturday delivery, DHL will collect on the Friday prior to this.

CitySprint collection times

If you book a same day service with CitySprint, you can select a collection time and you’ll be given a half hour window either side of that time. So, if you book a collection for 2.00pm you should be prepared for the courier to turn up as early as 1.30pm, but no later than 2.30pm.

Parcel not collected?

If you were expecting a collection and it’s after 6 pm, please check the courier hasn’t left a card if it’s possible you could have missed them. If you have missed the collection or it hasn’t happened, please contact our Live Chat team and we’ll reschedule it for you. As the booking is made with the carrier by Parcel Monkey, it reduces confusion if we rebook collections on your behalf. We can easily do this on our system to get issues resolved as quickly as possible.
